Well, to say to least, there are definetly some winners and some losers with this endoresment.
1. John Edwards-Loser. Your old running mate ignores you completly after a nice long presidential run. Its ok, getting 17% in New Hampshire means John Kerry would not have helped you anyway.
2. Barack Obama-Loser. Now you really wont get the nomiation. Winning a general election has now just gone down the tubes. The worst presidential candidate (who lost to the sopposedly worst president) in recent history has just endorsed you.
3. Hillary Clinton- Winner. This is just another reason for Mrs. Clinton to be nominated. 'The Crazy liberal John Kerry" does not like me because im not radical like him. It works for Mrs. Clinton, and to say the least it does not hurt her chances with winning with the general electorate.
4. Any Republican - Winner. The fact you could mention John Kerry certainly makes a difference when running this race. If its Barack Obama you may certainlly be able to use it.
This does not make a big deal right now, but this could come back to bite certainly people in the behind in the future. May help a few to.
